The company was founded after the current CEO was working in CFO capacity and working through numerous restructures in a wide variety of companies. It became very clear that the working field was not fair to everyone and clearly prejudiced most people from excelling and prevented them from reaching their dream jobs on numerous fronts.
Upon seeing the unfair status of how only certain people got promoted into senior jobs as a result of who they knew and internal politics, rather than effort and merit, it was time to change the business model to make the dream jobs accessible to all.
